A gift to preserve memories
Gift no. 1
Their own Spoken Biography with Jubilae
With Jubilae, your loved one opens the app on a phone or tablet and talks to Clara about their life. Book-making conversations become a digital PDF book (printed depending on the plan) and downloadable original recordings; audiobook depending on the plan.
An elegant book the family will keep for generations.
Phone or tablet with internet: open the app, press and talk.
Family can help with questions and review the chapters.
A frame that automatically receives new photos from the whole family. Ideal for watching grandchildren grow each week, even from afar. Lovely, but it preserves images, not stories.

How to choose a gift for a grandparent or retirement
Consider their interests, how much time they want to spend and whether they prefer a digital keepsake or a book to leaf through. A spoken biography suits someone who wants to share their life; they don't have to tell everything at once.
Questions to start preserving your grandparents' memories
Start with a specific memory, listen without interrupting and let them choose what to share. The family can select questions in the Portal; Clara brings them up when they fit the conversation.
What was the house you grew up in like?
Who had the biggest influence on you as a child?
What do you remember about your first day at work?
Which family tradition would you like us to keep?
What if my grandparent isn't comfortable with technology?
They need a phone or tablet with internet and a microphone. Family can help open /senior, enter the 6-digit code and allow microphone access. Then they just press the button and talk. This is not a call to a landline.
Which conversations are saved?
Book-making conversations are saved to write chapters and preserve recordings. Free-form Conversation Mode chats are not saved, except for a specific memory the person asks to add to their book.
Clara can also be a companion to chat with every day, in 18 languages (adapting to the language spoken), encouraging family calls and walks. Every book plan includes free hours each month.
